GREY ONE was born from a simple yet uncompromising idea: to craft a London Dry Gin of impeccable purity and dryness, yet surprisingly smooth on the palate. A gin that can be enjoyed even neat.

That is why we make it naturally, with no sugars, no sweeteners, no artificial flavourings. We choose grain alcohol. We distil in copper pot stills. We produce in small batches. Not because it is the only way, but because it is the only way GREY ONE makes sense.
